I was given this link today though it is on a Christian site, it gives details of how to remove adds from paltalk.. I know the subject is often raised on if this can be done .. so insha'Allah others will find this helpful.

I don't know how it works on that site, but you can download this program, save it on your computer, and run it every time you run paltalk.
