Problems with Yahoo and google

Assalamu alaikum

For a while now I can't seem to gain access to www.yahoo.com and www.google.com on my husband's laptop. It's really odd! It takes us to a page (I will not write the address coz it's rude) and on the page it says that we can not gain access coz the computer is infected by Spyware and there's a link that you can click on that takes you to a Spyware remover. I haven't been game enough to click on that link and not sure if dh has either. But he has installed a Spyware program but we're still having problems. Any ideas anyone?

Sister I just asked my dh and he said sounds like you've been hacked. Usually what my dh does when the pc is not quite right or possibly in this situation is to redo the whole system, first get rid of the spyware and then refresh whole system just to be doubly sure. But talk to your dh first.

Inshallah you can get rid of it.
