Pamphlet Project - Need volunteers for distribution.

Assalamu Alaikum dear brothers and sisters,

Alhamdulilah, by the grace of Allah, a group of committed Muslims have produced many Islamic pamphlets in order to spread the message of Islam and also to educate Muslims.

This is an email inviting you to take part and assist in distributing these pamphlets for dawah purposes. Being a minority in this country, it is important to spread the message of Islam to the masses.

How can you contribute?

We need people from different areas to distribute and re-stock pamphlet holders at participating locations (e.g. Shops, Mosques) in their local area.

You do not need any qualifications for this job – ideally you will have a car to get around though.

We are now in need for more volunteers for mailbox pamphlet distribution within the northern suburbs for now or 2 other areas.

This is only a small part of the larger map but shows were we've been.

Our main goal for the year:
To distribute entirely to 5 suburbs - Alhamdulillah Fawkner, Preston and West Footscray we've well and truly distributed at least 2000 pamphlets.

Which Pamphlets:
We decided that the pamphlets we distribute should be ones that will have the most impact to non-muslims. So we decided on 7 titles:
- About Islam
- Prophet Muhammad (SAW)
- Misconceptions
- Oness of God
- The Qur'an
- Jesus (AS)
- Extremism

We've also decided that only 1 pamphlet per mailbox is to be done.

We have shipping and other means for this to occur. You can send an email to ShareIslam at gmail dot com for more details regarding this. In terms of mailbox distribution we are only focusing to do and track 5 suburbs and are only funding for 5 suburbs for this year. So this is in Melbourne only for now. Insha'Allah in the future we will expand. Our long term goal is for everyone to receive a pamphlet which requires funds and plenty of volunteers.

Well West Footscray, if that's where your mum's house is located, was started a while back and so she may not have been given one in the last couple of months :)

I can do werribee area with my husband inshallah. I know they brothers are holding a stall at Laverton Markets on Sundays so they have these flyers for that...BUT...I will help out at other locations if you like inshallah.

That sounds good. As mentioned if you can email ShareIslam at gmail dot com with your husbands details so i can get into contact with him we can make you both managers of Werribee area. I will explain the process further to him insha'Allah and inturn he can explain to yourself.

Hopefully you can get some volunteers to distribute in areas such as Wantirna, Toorak etc where there are hardly any muslims.
