why do u think its strange?
If you make intense supplication and the timing of the answer is delayed, do not despair of it. His reply to you is gauranteed; but in the way He chooses, not the way you choose, and at the moment He desires, not the moment you desire.

If you want Allah to talk to you: read the holy Quran"
If you make intense supplication and the timing of the answer is delayed, do not despair of it. His reply to you is gauranteed; but in the way He chooses, not the way you choose, and at the moment He desires, not the moment you desire.

"It is striking today, we muslims read soo many books and still have no result of any revival…
Yet the sahabas revived a great portion of the world by reading only ONE BOOK in their time:
    The Holy Quran
The fact is they did not just read it
But practived every bit of it
It was enough then, and still enough today"

the only asset one can take with him when one dies is ones disbelief or belief…."

"What can my enemies do to me? My paradise is in my heart, it is with me wherever I go. To imprison me is to provide me with seclusion. To send me into exile is to send me away in the path of Allah. And to kill me is to make me a Martyr."

Has anyone got a nice quote about patients. It's for someone going thru hardships right now and she keeps asking herself "Why me?". I just need a nice quote/hadith/ayah whatever, to comfort her.
Just as that ayah comforted Ahmad the Repenter

When my heart became constricted and my paths became narrow - I took my hope in Your pardon and forgiveness as an opening and an escape - My sins seemed very great to me but when I compared them to Your forgiveness My Lord, I found Your forgiveness to be greater. - Imam al-Shafi'e (Rahimahullah)

She shouldn't ask why me. She should take all tests with her head held high, and Allaah's pleasure our primary goal.
