Welcome to the forum, I'd love to help you there but I'm not from Perth so I can't really advise you on what Perth is like Islamically speaking. I'm pretty sure the biggest Muslim community would be Sydney, followed by Melbourne.

The Muslim community in Perth is quite small. What would you like to know brother? I moved to Melbourne from Perth about a year ago. Insha'Allah I could give you some good Muslim contacts. Just let me know what you need.
