    On behalf of ASWJ Association of Australia we are glad to launch an exciting new website – eidinthepark.com.au
    Eidinthepark.com.au was hypothesized to help inform the Muslim community in Sydney about the commencement of Eid using instant sms and emails alerts. The purpose of the website is also to educate the community regarding the do’s and don’ts of one of the most important events of the Muslim calendar year, as many people are either unaware of the authentic Sunnah or turn a blind eye. Hence, by shedding light on the Sunan (prophetic traditions) of Eid and specifically praying in the park as our beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessing of Allah be upon him) did we hope to honor this great symbol of Allah, indeed Allah SWT says;

    .…And whoever honors the symbols of Allah - indeed, it is from the piety of hearts (Al-Hajj 22:32).
