HN is overpriced for the quality. They are generally overpriced for most things.

lol TP
Khaled: We have the Melbourne lounge (3 seater + 2 seater) from Plush. It's probably their best seller. It's very comfortable. I would recommend getting a couch that isn't too skinny. Hate skinny couches. The 3 seater is big though and will fit 4 really.Al-Hasan al-Basri said of hypocrisy: No one fears it but a believer, and no one feels safe from it but a hypocrite.

First time I've ever heard of a couch being referred to as 'skinny'!

If you can't lie down with your 3 year old next to you then it's skinny

Gotcha. So 'fat' couches are the go.
My neighbour has the most gorgeous L-shaped white leather couch that she purchased from Natuzzi (I think) and after paying close to $7000.00 I think, they had to get it repaired as the leather kind of stretched (in less than 6 months).
On top of that they had to wait something like 5 weeks for it to be repaired. In the meantime, they had to sit on their outdoor furniture every night for over a month. I would've been mega p'd if it were me. Gorgeous couch but as for quality...."Ask questions from the learned, speak with the wise, and associate with the poor."

Natuzzi is great quality and they would have good after sales service for warranty issues. 5 weeks isn't that long actually as Natuzzi is made in Italy so even getting couches ordered in can take 3-4 months.

When I was young if a child was silly enough to say "I'm bored" they were given lots of work to do (housework and schoolwork) so needless to say I quickly refrained from ever expressing myself as the "B" word.
Although I do admit to feeling intellectually unchallenged at times. This may be one of those times, or I am taking too many nurofen and whatever else I can swallow for my still painful wisdom tooth extraction. Hence any distraction is a relief.....

There is Plush accross the road from Northlands.
$628 is a good price for a 7.5kg washing machine. My sis got one for $800 5 years ago, F&P 7.5kg.

Sorry made a mistake. I thought $628 was the discounted price but apparently it wasn't. It turns out to be around $500 after the 20% off. That's over $300 less than The Good Guys. They are usually more expensive but you can't argue with 20% off.
aussiemu, I went to Plush today in Preston and they have 20% storewide also lol didn't see anything exciting though"...The eyes are filled with tears and the heart is full of grief but we do not say anything except that which is pleasing to our lord.."

If possible, try and get iTunes cards from HN with the extra 20% off. It might or might not work but worth the try (2x$30 cards for $32)

I was going to Officeworks in Thomastown and noticed a brand new store 2 shops down. It was called "Carton Damaged Goods" or something. It's all furniture where the boxes were damaged, but everything I saw inside was in perfect brand new condition. Prices were ridiculously cheap. They had full living room suites incl those long corner couches for $499. And all their stuff was modern and of great quality. Definitely the perfect place for people who are looking at buying furniture (indoor and outdoor), bedding, dining, etc at well over 50% off
To give you an idea, we bought our dining table, coffee table, TV unit and 2 lamp tables as a set from AMart (who have very competitive prices) and we saw the exact same set there for a whole $1000 less
Also, Harve Nrman had these awesome cinema room couches for $4300 but they were $499 at this place
PS - The owner said to me today when I walked in that if I was interested in anything, he'd do a good deal for me. So, prices can be reduced even further."...The eyes are filled with tears and the heart is full of grief but we do not say anything except that which is pleasing to our lord.."
