This is not the first price increase he has had. Main meals were $9.90 on average when he first opened, albeit in smaller portions. He is now serving 600-700gr of chicken alone in a meal. Considering chicken is at least $10kg at a butcher uncooked, plus the chips/rice and salad, $13.90 for a dine-in meal is below the average.

People need to remember that the chickens and steaks and all the other produce don't magically appear on the footstep of the restaurant

Recently my best friend was at HIYC with her dh and she told me something pleasing to my ears

She lives down my end so hardly ever gets to go down to cockatoo and the last time she was there, a brother was there with his two younger daughters, one just a baby, and he asked my friend to hold his baby for him while he took his daughter to the bathroom (his wife wasn't there) and my friend gladly accepted and took the baby.
Shortly after the brother came back and took his baby, then shortly after that one of the brothers working at HIYC (not sure which) went up to my friend and her dh and asked them to pick any cake they liked as it was free, and they asked why it would be free and the brother pointed to the brother with the two young daughters and said "that brother over there has paid for your dessert so you can pick what you like from the cakes" and my friend was like :0
She was telling me that it was strange the brother offered them the cake because she thoroughly enjoyed holding his little baby daughter!! MashaAllah whoever the brother is may Allah swt reward him with the best of rewards. How sweet of him.
Oh, and my friend always enjoys the food when she goes there as does her dh
I look forward to going again soon inshaAllah, at least once before uni starts, make a day trip out of it

Alhamdulillah, went to HIYC for the very first time today, mashaAllah, was very impressed. The food was delicious, service was remarkable and best of all, we had the entire place to ourselves.

Does any one know the operation hours at HIYC?
I can't find it on their website. How canst thou say to thy brother,Brother, let me pull out the mote that is in thine eye, when thou thyself beholdest not the beam that is in thine own eye? Thou hypocrite, cast out first the beam out of thine own eye, and then shalt thou see clearly to pull out the mote that is in thy brother's eye.
