I went last night and ordered the burger. Was good mashaAllaah, despite it being the size of my head! And yes I ate it all alhamdulillah Vegies on the side were also quite good mashaAllaah

I got my usual the other day. chicken avocado with rice instead of salad plus chips and extra sauce, to share with other sisters.

I swear, there was about half a kilo of chicken piled on top! im not joking! ask ummBinyameen, it was massive.

For those who like Chicken parmigiana but don't like the cheese.. or don't want the cheese.. try the chicken mexican. It's a little spicy.(which is a plus for me) very yummy and tomato based so the calories are less. Now I know you can buy side vegies my new favourite will be chicken mexican with side vegies and my treat is the seafood salad.. I always feel like I've had a "special" meal when I choose that.

anyone tried the peppermint tea? sniff the cup at the start and you're in peppermint land that's how strong it is

Really not good to eat so much at once. Smaller portions more often is thecway to go.

MashaAllah, today Malak and her mother had lunch at HIYC. Once brother Esam knew of Malak's condition he refused to allow us to pay for our meals. MashaAllah, the service and meals were excellent, as always, alhamdulillah.

May Allah swt continue to bless the brothers business and reward him for his generosity and kind gesture, Ameen thumma Ameen.

I think with the changing of chefs the taste if some dishes had gone down, i had the chicken mexican but the sauce wad really bitter.

Finally, after so long, I was able to go to the HIYC

Ended up getting the porterhouse steak with mushroom sauce.

Very nice mashaAllah.

Brother Isam also not only declined charging for me, but my family and friends also (he said "no charge for your family... so gotta clarify that bit inshaAllah). May Allah grant grant the Brother success in his business and life and his Hereafter, amin Allahumma amin.

Also saw Sheikh abu Ayman, hafizahullah

The Brother looking after the bookstore gave Omer a lawung thawb, cap and siwak, Jazahullahu Khayr

Ended up buying six The Strangers Tour tickets. May need to get more inshaAllah.

Then I got to see some Brothers I hadn't seen in yonks, you know who you are

Also got to see Ukhtuna fatima_43 and Ukhtuna floss

All in all, it was an awesome experience walhamdulillah

Gotta make a habit of it inshaAllah.
