speaking of scams, anyone looking for a car be careful on the car sales websites, including carsales.com
When I was looking for my car, I found an awesome deal on a Honda Jazz and when I made an enquiry about it, the lady replied saying she was interstate and asked me to pay through ebay (that's just the short story of it) I reported her to carsales.com but they never got back to me so she could well still be running around trying to scam people.

and also speaking of scams, some silly relatives ages ago got sucked into a scam unfortunately, some dude called them up and said if they invested a particular amount of $$$ that in X amount of time the money would double or triple or something, and one of the families is still paying off the loan they took out to "invest" tsk tsk

be careful people, it's a crazy dog eat dog world out there.

It's work's email address. I actually started responding to one... they seriously think that they can convince you that it's not a scam. It's amazing.

As for the carsales/ebay scammers, I've come across that when my brother in law was selling his van. They'll offer you some money, coincidentally be an engineer on a navy ship or something while your vehicle is selling, and need a transfer of funds to their accountant so that you can be paid lol. Funny stuff. Best part was, two people messaged my brother in law about the same van with the same sort of story. Buying it for their dad's birthday as a gift hahahaha
