It's upsetting to see this wonderful avenue for discussion in such disarray, and it's certainly not fair for the moderators who have personal lives to administer. I think we're at the point where people just need to let it go, have a break, and let off some steam. Go do something beneficial, read surat Al-Kahf or something, make dua'a, read a book, write a journal article, plan your day for tomorrow, or take yourself into account for how you spent the last 24 hours.
We were all reminded of death a few hours prior.
Do it for the sake of Allah (swt) and your own benefit.
The Prophet (saw) said: "I guarantee a house in the surroundings of Paradise for a man who avoids quarrelling even if he were in the right, a house in the middle of Paradise for a man who avoids lying even if he were joking, and a house in the upper part of Paradise for a man who made his character good." (Abu Dawud)
