It is so sad that the childrens hospitals resources are so stretched that surgery needs to be put back so often. In an ideal world, there would be enough doctors and theatres for the demand.

I was going through my previous posts, and saw that I had left the promise to fill you all in regarding his remedies, unfulfilled. So here goes inshaAllah.

During our last few weeks in Turkey, we were made aware of a retired chemist that concocted medicine from both chemical (read pharmaceutical) and natural items.

We went there and showed Ömer to him. The man told us to come back within a few hours whilst he prepared whatever he was going to prepare.

When we came back, he had two jars prepared. One was a cream, that smelled absolutely divine, was to be rubbed over his entire body. The other one smelled of figs, and was to be taken orally. Then he gave us a piece of paper, with a couple of items written on it, and said we should go to a chemist to purhcase what was written on it, which we did.

The chemist handed us a bottle of Tavegyl (anti-histamine), that seemed to work better than the anti-histamine given to us here (Periactin), and ten (I think they were 3ml) ampoule vials of RIF, what I can only best describe as a 'dermal' antibiotic.

w'Allahu A`lam, but I believe that b'idhniLLah it was the RIF that did the trick in cleaning up his seemingly resistant to healing scabs on his head.

All the other stuff that I used seemed to stop the spread of it, or to stop the exacerbation of his scabs on his head. There was puss oozing out at times prior to that. However, it never would quite heal as we would have expected it to have healed. There were scabs there. When we applied the RIF to his scalp, I could not believe what my eyes beheld. 10-15% of his scabs had LIFTED of the surface of his skin, only to be held in place by the hair growing around the area! Allahu Akbar! I couldn't believe it! Not just me, but everyone there witnessing it could not believe it! We continued using this RIF, and within a matter of a week to ten days, ALL his scabs had COMPLETELY disappeared! Some had his puss running off, and you could see how it had dried off in a trickle! Allahu Akbar w'alhamduliLLahilladhi b'`IzzatiHi wa JalaliHi tatimmussalihat!!! La hawla wa la quwwata illa biLLah!!! We were over the moon! I know I didn't make it obvious, could you tell?

The herbal/chemical concoction didn't seem to do what other items of a much MUCH cheaper nature could do that much better, to warrant the purchase of a new batch of concoctions once more. So I never re-purchased it. Never really looked back. w'alhamdulillah

However, the cream was a real beaut, and worked a dream on people that used it to apply on to Ömer. The cracks on their hands due to the cold healed up and worked up wonders. However, one of the ladies that applied it had a sort of eczema, and it didn't really help her. So, yeah...

As for the medicine the retired pharmacist concocted for Ömer to consume, well that also didn't seem to have any miraculous effect upon him. So that too was not asked to be concocted again.

I say this much though, if the ret. pharmacist had charged us for the vials/ampoules of RIF what he had charged for everything, I sincerely believe that whilst I would be angry for being ripped off, it would have been well worth it... if that makes any sense... nearly 3:30 am, don't expect much sense from me now...

So, I'll call it a night for now, and continue doing other stuff for now inshaAllah.

I'm a new member on this forum. Actually, I registered just to write about a movie. But I had no idea what happened to your sons. I couldn't read all the pages of this thread, but I read your(İsa) messages. I'm sorry for you and your family. But I'm glad your son is recovering. I hope he's doing fine now.
If I didn't get it wrong, you came to Turkey to get cure for your son sometime ago, right? I guess you're back to Au, but I still want to write this. I'm from Turkey, is there anything I can do? I mean, I can't give my real name, address or that sorta details but if there's anything I can do, please tell me, at least I can try.

Ömer is in theatre, finally, after approximately six cancellations

Alhamdulillah

He's in for the releasing of the contravture of his left axilla. Also an EUA of his oral cavity to see if anything needs to be done in future for his snoring whilst awake, when he's tired, inshaAllah.

Procedure should take no longer than three hours b'idhnillah.

Please keep up the dua that everything runs smoothly and that he has the best possible outcome is achieved and that he has a speedy recovery inshaAllah.

Ömer is getting dressings applied to the areas concerned.

Spoke to his doctor, and she was very happy with the results. She only had one point of contention, which was a small area that received a graft. She is wondering due to its smallness, if it will take (read, heal), without complications.

As'al Allah Al-'Azim, Rabb Al-'Arsh Al-'Azim, an Yashfiyah.

Please make dua that the best happens for his recovery, in the fastest of ways.

Thursday the 2nd of August, my youngest Brother, Muhammed Ali passed away. May Allah shower his soul with His Abundant Mercy, amin.

His body is with the Coroner's Office at the moment, they will try to assess his cause of death this morning inshaAllah, and let us know when we can bury him inshaAllah.

He was found dead by my father, in his room.

Cause of death, Allâhu A'lam.

Please make dua that our family pull through this in a way most pleasing to Him. Especially for my parents.

The coroner's office wasn't able to ascertain cause of death today (yesterday) so we wait for Monday inshaAllah.

I forgot the exact wording, but it was something to do with his breathing... he was an asthmatic.

ISOMER is dealing with the procedure, and inshaAllah he is going to be buried following either salat al-zuhr, or asr at Keysborough Mosque... pending when ISOMER Janazah Services can get an appointment from the Springvale Cemetery inshaAllah.

Salat al-janazah will be performed at the masjid inshaAllah.

My apologies for not responding earlier... it was a full on day with me having the phone pretty much glued to my face until just about burial time, taking or making calls. I felt ill afterwards, and ended up sleeping after iftar. I think it was due to sweating, and being out in the cold, as I am now feeling much better walhamdulillah.

My Brother has been buried walhamduliLLah.

May Allah shower his soul with His Abundant Mercy, widen his grave, accept him in to Jannah, grant his loved ones, and those that loved him Sabrun Jamilun, allow us to be reunited under His Throne on Qiyamah, and enter Jannatu'l-Firdaws together, amin.

Just last night, I was thinking the exact same thing... "It's been a while since I had last posted." But then I thought that there was no real significant piece of news to share, so I left it at that.

Well, I guess I may as well even explain what little has transpired, medically, since last update.

Alhamdulillah, little Ömer is getting along fine.

A week or so ago, his doctor was very happy with the result she had with the procedure she had most recently had performed on him.

So much in fact that she apparently said she may start using this on her other patients as well now! LoL! When I heard this, I was like, "She used Ömer as a guinea pig? " LoL!

But by none other than the grace of Allah, aided by the du`as of the believers, he is getting better by the day, alhamdulillah

InshaAllah I'll update once I get more info on his following advancements.

Please keep up the du`as that he has a complete and speedy recovery, full of khayr.
