lol lets just say not very well :P i hated em..

but you stuff kusa as usual, then put em in pot of boiling water to cook, do tahini as usual, tahini lemon and garlic, then drain most of the liquid out of the pot and add the tahini and mix till its a more liquidy consistency...

Ayran is mad with food like that. No pepsi will compare.

I made a nandos chicken burger at home today. Was awesome. I think more awesome than the actual nandos burgers themselves. Even dad, who had just eaten, was quite tempted to dig into my burger.. but he made me promise that I'd make him one tomorrow inshaa'Allaah

Marinated the chicken in the Nandos mild sauce for about an hr (bought it from Nandos but supermarkets might have it too). Make sure you put glad wrap over the bowl and fridge it. Cooked the chicken on a grill pan. Bought fresh yummy rolls from Coles, used avocado as a base, placed the chicken on top of the avo, spread some nandos perinaise on top of the chicken, sliced tomato, lettuce and viola. You have yourself an awesome homemade nandos chicken burger that didn't cost you an arm and a leg

Best burgers I ever tasted were in Egypt, in Ma'adi in Cairo. It was from an American owned joint called Lucille's. If i had the money I'd travel all the way there just to eat their burgers then go home after a week lol.

I'd love to make arancini but it seems too time consuming.

Had sushi for lunch/dinner today. Kinda regretting it now that I feel sick. Shoulda stuck to chocolate and coffee as originally planned. The wasabi was good though, cleared my sinuses alhamdulillah.
