My daughter is unable to open AM on her computer, but it's not only her computer, but any computer in the house. She done everything like restart both the comp and the modem, deleted the cookies. There are also two other new laptops in the same house, and they two can't open AM. It's as if the IP is being rejected or something. Any ideas??? She's having withdrawals!

I couldnt open mine yesterday for a few hours, it started working again by itself.

ips can get blocked for various reasons. That's probably what has happened. Put her IP in prviate helpdesk and I'll unblock it. she can get her ip by going to http://www.whatsmyip.org/

Interesting.. yesterday I had problems.. couldn't access my gmail and face book now won't stay logged in.. it suddenly stopped.. I can access gmail now after my son did something with the cookies..Still can't stay logged into facebook
