UmmNRZ I could do with a piece of that lol. What chocolates did you use? I'm thinking to make it during Ramadhan for an iftar. Also did you substitute anything for the liquer? Was thinking to just put coffee.

For the cake I used hersheys cocoa and cadbury choc chips (mix of dark and milk chocolate). And for the garnish, hersheys cookies and cream, hersheys kisses, maltesers, choc chips & crunchie. And yes I used coffee dissolved in water instead of liquer.

Wow tempting, but I won't alter my high protein diet for it. I certainly hope my future wife thinks the same, otherwise I'm stuffed, LOL.

Alhamdulillah I'm also glad my body can't tolerate high amounts of lactose - it automatically recognises what's bad .

Yes, it's stunning. I hate to think how many hours it took to make. I actually came across the very same cake on the weekend! My daughter is having a rainbow-themed "just for no reason" party in a couple of weeks and we were looking for appropriate food. When she saw the cake she decided "that's the one I want"! I quickly closed the page and told her I don't think Mummy could EVER make a cake like that. We settled on rainbow jelly pudding instead which looks waaay easier Insha'Allah!

Little Mother, there is a cake decorating place in Preston Market. Purchase the Americolor brand as they are kosher. Also, the red colouring is synthetic so it is not derived from cochineal.
Alternatively, Spotlight also stock this brand, however they are a lot more expensive.

    HTH.
