This was from a lecture of Sheikh Raatib An-Nabulsi, may Allah keep him safe in Syria during these times, if he is still there.
A very rough translation verbatim:
This man who buries his daughter, this is huge indeed, there is a noble ayah:
[81:8] -And when the girl [who was] buried alive is asked
[81:9] -For what sin she was killed
But by your Lord, this little girl, if she is buried while she is alive, a hole is dug for her, she is put in it, and dirt is then put over her. And he would not do this except he who's heart is like a boulder [in hardness]. This innocent little girl who was buried, he will be asked, the one who buried her [for what sin was she buried, as was said in the above verses].
Yet this man who leaves his daughter to go out, and be a fitnah on the men, displaying all her wiles, perfumes herself, walking in the streets, she takes the minds of young men, and the father is Muslim, and he visits the masajid, and prays. This man does not lead her, yet he is the cause of her being thrown in hell fire for an eternity... so which one of them is worse in their crime? The one who buried his daughter so that heaven is hers as she died not mukallafah (not responsible for her actions), or the one who left her to do as she pleases, and made the path to fisq and fujur (flagrant immorality) easy for her? He was please with her while she is a faasiqah, and he did not advise her. For this reason there is to some effect [knowledge] that the girl on the Day of Judgement deserves hellfire, so she will say "O Lord, I do not enter hellfire until I enter my father before me, because he was the reason for my downfall".
He then goes on to explain how these girls are often the daughters of Muslims, and asks why they (the parents) are quiet about this flagrant immorality. And this was a lecture on oppression and its evils.
