    my iPhone just froze this morning. havent been able to use it since. its my only way of calling anyone so its kind of important that i get it fixed quickly. I bought it new only a few weeks ago.

    any help please?

    assalamu alaikum sis what do you mean by froze? have you tried a hard reset?

    like the screen is just frozen, doesnt matter if i push the button, plug it into the charger, push the off button, nothing is making it unfreeze. its stuck on the screen for putting the password in.

    I did the last suggestion in the link and it turned the phone off, but now if I try to turn it back on, it just stays on the screen with the Apple in the bachground. so frustrating

    Just want to add it happened to me, and for future reference if it happens to anyone, the Mobile Phone Shop Guy said you press the off button and front Circle button at the same time for about 10 secs and it should do the job..it worked for me alhamdullah

    my son put my phone in the microwave for 9 seconds about a month ago and it stopped working. had to pay $250 to get it replaced. no thanks
