    Also, sumac. Try that out some time (but not your first time).

    If you were serving this for dinner, what other dishes would you make to go with this to complete the meal?

    You can definitely use pomegrenate molasses (PM) in the stuffing, but I dont because decent PM is expensive and I dont use it very often.

    How did your try go with other recipes?
