    Question
    BesmAllah..

    Aslam Alykom brothers,

I would like to initiate a group of brothers that want to play soccer weekly at melbourne (suburbs that close to city), there are a lot of indoor and outdoor grounds to play on ($60/hour average cost for renting a space). It might cost $5 per person or for free sometimes.... so who is with me ??

Thank you brother, I have four people who wish to come too.
Our playing style will be friendly but competitive. We need more brothers to start the fun.
Do not be shy, just come and you will see nice people, inshaAllah.

More more people, I prefer to not discuss the time and the day until we have at least eight brothers here.

I like the idea, but I'm juggling too many things at the moment so maybe in the future.

I think ASWJ used to run an indoor soccer competition between brothers? Or was I imagining it?

Thank you all for your contrbutions, I think it is better for us to play in the weekends.. what do you think, brothers?
About ASWJ I believe they held their activities far away from city, so that a problem, also they did not announce anything about soccer competition this year. However, if we being organized we could play as a team and perform this lovely site.

Yes the weekend would be ideal. Furthermore, try and make it at a location which is accessible by public transport in sha Allah.

Indeed brother. We have two choices. First, hire an indoor court in Melbourne Uni or in Albert Park. Second, to play in outdoor playing grounds in Melbourne Uni or one of the parks near the city…which one you vote for?

Thank you brother for the invitation. However, we live close to city, consequently, we want something near the city.
My regards to your contribution, at least someone might like the idea of going and play with you, gentlemen.

If the court hire is reasonably priced then I would be willing to pay. I think indoor soccer is better for fitness due to the fast pace it is usually played at. Indoor Soccer also means that we can play regardless of the weather conditions.

I believe that the outdoor field is $60/hr for Melbourne Uni's, however, I called the Albert Park and they informed me that they do not hire the indoor courts in this period.
It appears to be that there is no indoor courts for soccer in the Uni: http://www.sport.unimelb.edu.au/fitness/prices.html.
