Slow cooked lamb shoulder is the best!! Literally melts in your mouth.

Mmm I love shoulder meat, so did the prophet Muhammad wallahi 3allayhi wassalam.

What I usuly do with shoulder meat is cut it into bite sized pieces and pan fry it with lots of diced onion (i cook onions first till translucent, the add the meat) I add salt and pepper here when the meat is half done stir a bit then I add a fair amount of diced tomatoes and some diced capsicum, I keep stiring until the meat is cooked through and the veggies are very soft and juices have flown from them. I eat it with Lebanese bread off course as everything taste better without cutlery. The dish should have a orangey/red gravy once it's cooked.

I also make home made fried potato chips on the side
If you make intense supplication and the timing of the answer is delayed, do not despair of it. His reply to you is gauranteed; but in the way He chooses, not the way you choose, and at the moment He desires, not the moment you desire.

jazakallah khair everyone. will try those ideas next time. Sarah I do something very similar with beef Add a tiny bit of curry powder and cumin to it too. We have it with lebo bread and yoghurt/cucumber.

I ended up doing a burghul dish made with the lamb / chickpeas / eggplant in a tomatoey base (it's one dish not seperate ones). Came out very yum. I have to say I love my pressure cooker. Takes 15 mins to make the lamb shoulder tender. Had it with yoghurt/cucumber.

Marhaba - inshallah will check it tomorrow because my firefox is having issues and doesn't like opening certain pages like pms lol.
