Alhamdulillah, I finally figured out what the problem was regarding the disability to add new styles, so now we have 3 styles to choose from:
1. Default - The default vBulletin 4 style
2. Aria-Fluid - The old Aria that you're used to
3. Mobile - The default vBulletin 4 Mobile style
There might be some errors because this forum has been upgraded so many times, so let me know if you find any.
You can choose which style you want from the bottom left of the forum.

Is there any way of adding a theme that allows users to update pics from mobile devices? Specifically the iPhone or iPad?

Me too ! The new one was quite confusing & hard to read.
