    Assalaamu alaikum,

I'm after a laptop for InshaAllaah and will be using it irk studies and also programming.

I really wanted to get an Ultrabook or MacBook Air, but they only come in 13" and for programming, 15" would prob be your best option.

So, I'm left with the option of either a MacBook Pro or maybe an ASUS or something similar.

Please note I will be installing both OSX and Win7 as a dual boot option as there are some things I need from OSX which aren't available in Win7. Anyone have any suggestions as to what I should get? ASUS or MBP?

If you need OSX, get a Macbook Pro.

Macbook Pro all the way... but before you get it, if you are a unistudent or get one through a student, you can get it at least $200 cheaper for a 15 inch...
