I'm sure I was told the meat was halal not just the chicken. Maybe they changed it since. I'm not a meat fan - prefer seafood so was actually looking for a seafood buffet when I came across them.

Yep, just found the reply via FB which said the lamb and chicken was halal. This was on May 21.

At-Ta'if it makes sense that they are not serving pizza till later as they have a set menu they need to get out to everyone dining in the same time so it doesn't leave room to add another thing to do on the side.

The pizzas are a seperate part to the other meals and have different cooks and it doesn't take long to cook a pizza

I'm pretty sure they have everyone working on the iftar food at that time. You cant mess around with fasting hungry people.

Yep they just replied back saying their lamb was halal before but no longer is. I'll just stick to lobster, crab and prawns thanks

When I went the guy told me the meat was halal and showed me the actual certificate.

lol yeah that's what I'd go for anyways so not that big a deal. However, I did tell them they should bring the lamb back.
