Muslims have a duty to keep fit. Or in my case, get fit. I'm slowly losing the flab that crept up on me without me really noticing.

I've found one of the best forms of exercise is TABATA Workouts. These are short hard & fast you do in your room. They are usually a set of 4 exercises repeated twice to make 8 intervals. Intervals are 20 seconds of hard effort 10 seconds of rest = 4 minutes for the full session.

an example of 4 exercises is push-ups, squats, burpees, chin-ups. 4x 2 sets. 20 sec. work, 10 sec. rest, 8xtimes = 4 minutes. Plus a minute to recover your breath. Its hard work.

Here is an on-line tabata clock for your desk PC.
