A sister who lost her husband recently needs some financial help to be able to look after her severly disabled child. The money raised will go towards medication and medical help. I would like to use these last few days of Ramadaan to raise $2,000 for her inshaa'Allaah. I know it's a short period of time, but the rewards in giving during this month are great and I want you all to make the most of it as possible. I will keep it open for the next 2 weeks however, just to give everyone a bit more time and a chance to donate. I know I can rely on you guys though, you haven't let me down in the past mashaa'Allaah.
Remember that you will receive the reward of helping a poor person, as well as helping an orphan, inshaa'Allaah.

Please also remember the sister and her child in your dua'a. Alhumdulillaah they are recieving other types of assistance through other means, so if we could do this it would be of great help to them both, at least for the upcoming few months.

I wanted to say a huge thank you to all those who donated, who wanted to donate but couldn't, and to all those who made dua'a for the sister.
A total of $3200 was raised! Allaahu Akbar! You guys continue to surprise me each and every time. I have passed just over $1000 on to the sister already as she was in need of it, and will be passing on the rest to her tomorrow inshaa'Allaah.
again and may Allaah allow us to continue to be able to help those in need.
