salaam alaikum wa rahmatuallah
I am looking for a tajweed class within driving distance from central melbourne (IE not too far north!!), Alhamdulillah I can read Arabic and have learnt the basics but I am slow still and need reminders! Any suggestions of a class (pref) or a teacher, female only obviously. JazakAllah khair sister eman |

you can go to preston masjid. They taken names now for a new beginner class and other level if u r interested.

Sis Eeman if you contact either Jefcot street masjid or Nth Melb masjid they would surely have the classes you are looking for....I know Preston is a bit far for you (eitherwise you'd come and visit me

i put my name down around a year ago for the tajweed classes but never got a call back for the preston ones.

There is a class at Al Taqwa Masjid for sisters from 10 - 11 fridays in the sisters section inshallah.
Abu Hurayra reported that the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said,
"The person who strives on behalf of the widows and poor is like those who strive in the way of Allah and like those who fast in the day and pray at night." |
